We can hear it now: "It's the ECCLLIIIIPPPSEEEEE TRAILER!!" Yesterday, the official "Twilight" Twitter account posted this exciting news: "Next Friday 4/23, watch Oprah for the exclusive debut of the FINAL #EclipseTrailer!" Following that, they continued, "And visit our social networks after to chat live with surprise guests from the cast! More details to come..."

Last November, the ultimate media queen got the elusive Stephenie Meyer to dish all about her series, so this news doesn't come as too much of a shock to us. Plus, just last week, the 'Oprah' show put out a call for "Twilight" fans ("Are you or your kids obsessed with the 'Twilight' series?... Tell us how the 'Twilight' series has inspired you or your family!"), so we all should've seen this coming. There's no telling what stars from the movie will appear on the show (Rob, Kristen, are you listening), but we're already preparing our DVRs!

The Truth About RPattz and Leighton Meester

Twilight fans were in for a shock a couple of days back when it was being reported that Robert has spent a night in the apartment of the Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester. As per the rumoured tales, 23 year old Brit star has spent a night under the roof of Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester’s apartment and apparently, they had a steamy night together. At 11 am, Rob was spotted trying to evade the paparazzi’s eyes as he departed hurriedly in his car that was waiting outside.

An eyewitness told the esteemed publication Life & Style, “He ducked out of the building and hopped into a waiting car. He apparently spent the night with Leighton, and didn’t want anyone to know.”

However, it has come into the sharp eyes of the tabloid that the truth is far away from what is being portrayed. Apparently, Robert has never even met Meester, so a one night stand scenario is as improbable as a fish flying in air. In fact, Robert was in Hungary along side his buddy cum lady love Kristen Stewart on her 20th birthday.

Hence, the reports carried by Life & Style Magazine can be dismissed as mere figments of imagination and it would surely taint the image of such a popular magazine (as in future, people would definitely doubt the authenticity of its stories).

The “Twilight” actress will be featured in a 14-page story that includes an in-depth interview and 11 new, original photographs taken by fashion photographer, Yu Tsai.

Sitting down with Entertainment Weekly recently, Kristen divulged a bit about Bella in the upcoming movie “Eclipse”. She told, "I wasn't as tortured as I was on 'New Moon.' Bella really knows what she wants in 'Eclipse.' She's not just a dumb kid talking because she's in love."

The highly-anticipated flick is hitting theaters June 30th.

New EW Eclipse Summer Preview Picture!

A new Twilight: Eclipse photo has made it's way online! Entertainment Weekly is featuring Twilight: Eclipse in it's summer movie preview section! In the accompanying article, Kristen Stewart dishes a bit about Bella's role in Eclipse. She says of kissing Jacob, "It felt really weird kissing someone else as Bella. I was like 'What the hell are you doing?' It was really a strange experience - as it should have been". Kristen also talks about some of the things Bella goes through in Eclipse including graduating high school and getting engaged!

The article goes on to talk a little bit about the shooting schedule of Eclipse.

The next installment in the Twilight Saga is due out in theaters on June 30th, 2010.

Rupert Grint on RPattz's Success

For Rupert Grint, filming of the final "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" movie wraps in June. Grint, along with co-stars Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson, will put to bed the project that he has worked on for half of his 21 years. "It'll be strange saying goodbye," Grint tells The Independent.

"I've loved every minute of Harry Potter. Yes, it'll be quite sad to see it go. But I'm also looking forward to being a bit more free and seeing what else comes along." Grint has already taken advantage of what little time he has off between "Potter" movies to shoot "Cherrybomb," which ventures away from the world of wizards and into the world of teen drinking, drugs, and sex.

Grint calls his sex scenes "nerve-wracking" but admits they're not as daring as Radcliffe's full-frontal Broadway run in "Equus."

"I don't think I could. Just being on stage would be quite a scary thing, let alone with no clothes on. It takes a lot of courage," he says.

Grint also comments on another co-star, "Twilight's" Robert Pattinson, who was once far better known as Harry Potter's schoolmate Cedric Diggory than as Edward Cullen. "Good luck to him. I get recognised occasionally but nothing like that," he says. "It's crazy. You just can't really go anywhere. I've got a much more manageable existence."

Though sex, drugs, and rock and roll may not find their way into "Harry Potter," the characters are growing up, especially in the final film. "I have hair extensions for the latter part of the film," Grint says. "Ron gets a bushier hairstyle because they're living rough and camping out. Me and Dan have got stubble as well!"

Summit's Reaction to Eclipse Re-Shoot Drama

The close-knit Twilight community went dark yesterday, when an ugly rumor plagued their seemingly perfect world. If you are familiar with the book series, you are aware that author Stephenie Meyer created a magical and romantic setting in a meadow where Bella and Edward would go to be alone. When the rumors hit that those scenes were going to be altered fans reacted. To the Twilight fans, these rumors set fire to this whimsical place held sacred to them.

With that said, the wild spreading rumors did have some truth, though it was totally twisted and taken out of context. It is true that some of the main cast is being called back for re-shoots before the film goes to the street, but it is not as bad as the bullying bloggers made you believe. A rep from Summit Entertainment is setting the record straight, claiming "very little" needs to be altered before The Twilight Saga: Eclipse opens June 30th.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse is set to open nationwide in two months. But before the film comes to the big screen some of the actors are being called back to Vancouver for re-shoots. Yesterday, the Twilight community experienced a bit of drama when bloggers ran with an untrue story about Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart needing to re-shoot the meadow scene. A rep from Summit commented, "None of the meadow or action scenes are being reshot." Some also feared that the plot would deviate from the hit book series, which is completely untrue.

Adding fuel to the fire, bloggers went on to say that these re-shoots were unplanned misleading people to question the quality of the upcoming film. Once again, Summit spoke up to clear the air stating, "The reshoot was planned for months, like it is with the majority of films." With the re-shoot on the books, the only thing that is missing are the actors. The studio is feverishly working out scheduling details to get some of the cast members to Canada for a few days in order to clean up some scenes.

How does she find the discipline to do a cleanse?

Twilight Books Too Sexual? I Think Not...

'The Twilight Saga' books are on the 'challenged' book list released by the ALA for being too sexual.


‘The Twilight Saga’ movies are based off of the bestselling books by Stephanie Meyer and once again they are under attack. The American Library Association has released its annual report of “challenged” books and the ‘Twilight’ books have been ranked at number 5.

The Associated Press states that the books have been criticized for sexual content; and a library association official also thinks that the "Twilight" series reflects general unease about supernatural stories. The ALA defines a challenge as a "formal, written complaint filed with a library or school requesting that materials be removed because of content or appropriateness."

These challenges generally come from parents and teachers who are dissatisfied by the books being in schools. First, I have to say, what books are they reading? Sexual content? Are you joking? Most people complain because the books are too chaste, as are the movies. But that is the beauty of the love story in ‘Twilight’- it’s more about soulmates and true love and less about sex. Even the honeymoon scene in ‘Breaking Dawn’ is a barely there moment and so I don’t understand the complaints in regards to sexual content.

The Supernatural complaints are understandable on a base level, especially seeing how crazy some young people get over the ‘Twilight’ books; asking people to bite them and hoping to meet a stalkerish vampire or werewolf. But really how many books contain such themes? And at least the books are written in English, if you have ever read any Captain Underpants or Junie B. Jones books, you will know that they are a greater risk to young readers.

The challenges are unlikely to stop students from reading the books and will not stop fans from seeing the movie. If anything this is just more free press for Stephanie Meyer, ‘Twilight’ and the upcoming ‘Eclipse’ movie.

Saturday Night Live head honcho Lorne Michaels told OK! they’re still trying to get Robert Patttinson to play host!





























Back in April 2009, OK! asked Lorne if R-Pattz would be hosting SNL.

“Not this season,” he said at Natural Resources Defense Council 11th annual Forces For Nature benefit in NYC. “We’re all locked in with the hosts for this year.”

But he still held out hope for securing the vampire hottie in the future.

“Yeah, yeah, of course,” he said.

OK! NEWS: SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE WANTS YOU, ROBERT PATTINSON!

Unfortunately, not much has changed.

“We asked him this season,” Lorne told OK! Monday night at the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Presents An Evening with Saturday Night Live in NYC. “And then he did Jimmy’s show and that went well for him..”

It sounds like Lorne might be more confident in Rob’s comedic skills after seeing him on Jimmy Fallon’s show!

Back in 2009, he was slightly skeptical if the Twilight star would make a good host.

“Don’t know,” Lorne said. “You never know.”

But now he hopes he’ll host soon.

“Yeah,” Lorne admitted.

While we thought R-Pattz was very funny on Jimmy’s show, would you even want to see him host SNL?

Just How Rich is Taylor Lautner?

Taylor Lautner had a great 2009. But it's only the beginning of what looks to be a very lucrative acting career. Even though he hasn't seen the kind of success that Twilight co-stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have, he's bringing up the rear very nicely.

Part of the reason is because Taylor's Jacob Black character is the Anti-Robert Pattinson / Edward Cullen foil that gives Twi-Hards an alternative to pale faced sensitivity. Jacob is an ass-kicking werewolf who's also battling for Bella Swan's heart. The love triangle is proving to be irresistible and Taylor's salary increase reflects that... he made a measly million bucks for his first turn in the series and he's worked that up to 5 million for the upcoming Twilight: Eclipse. That's just 2.5 million off the top salaries pulled down by the main stars.

So it looks like Taylor Lautner has a lot to look forward to while movie makers flood his mailbox with new scripts that will help the 18 year old leave this character behind and explore the action movie star that he should become.

Kristen Stewart flew to Budapest to celebrate her 20th birthday with rumored boyfriend Robert Pattinson. The two who have never confirmed their relationship don't really have to, do they? Most fans believe the two are most definitely together.

On Friday Kristen Stewart turned 20 years old. Robert Pattinson who is busy filming 'Bel Ami' in Budapest was unable to make it to her to celebrate. So, instead Kristen Stewart came to Robert Pattinson. The two were spotted together in Budapest over the weekend further exciting "Robsten" fans.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will get the chance to spend more time together when they reunite for the fourth installment of The Twilight Saga, Breaking Dawn. Filming begins this Fall. No word yet if the movie will be divided into separate parts.

Soo I'm new to this whole blogging thing, but I figured that since I waste so much time on my computer, I might as well spend it doing something that could be entertaining for other people also. Although this probably won't be entertaining at all, I'll try my best. :) And because I am more than obsessed with anything and everything related to Twilight, most of my posts will probably be about the cast/Robsten.
